If you have appeared in Board Exams for class X, then you must have scored more than 60% marks in class IX and your present institution should support your admission with a “Hope Certificate” that you are likely to obtain more than 75% marks in matric or equivalent.

No, Urdu and Islamiyat Papers are compulsory, and no alternative subjects are allowed. The candidates from overseas must qualify in this paper. However, Islamiyat Paper can be attempted in English as well. The Non-Muslim candidates may leave out the Islamiyat part of the paper.
The entrance exam is conducted simultaneously only at the following centers on the announced dates and timings. Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Barotha, Lahore, Tarbela, Multan, Karachi and Quetta (subject to number of applicants).
The candidate may prepare from the books of Punjab Text Board according to the class for which he is applying.
